Contact us

Found a number that looks wrong, or a calculator you wish we had? Tell us. Every message is read by a person, and corrections are usually published within a few days.

We store your message and, if you give it, your email address only to answer you. See our privacy policy.

Reporting a calculation error

Please include the page, the numbers you entered and the result you expected, with a source if you have one (a lender's quote, a tax table, a payslip). Most of our calculators put your inputs in the page address, so pasting the full link from your browser is the quickest way to show us exactly what you saw.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personal financial, tax or legal advice, look up your accounts, or contact lenders or tax authorities for you. For those, speak to a licensed adviser or the organisation concerned.
